Our Pastor
Pastor Jerry Marsden has been serving Calvary Baptist Fellowship since January 2016. He and his wife Rosemary have been married for 50 years. They have two sons, four grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
Jerry graduated from Trinity Baptist Bible College in 1986, at the age of 39. His first ministry was at Bible Baptist Church of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, where he pastored for 13 years. He then served as pastor for 15 years at Waunakee Baptist Church in Waunakee, Wisconsin.
Jerry is currently enjoying the good life in Sturgeon Bay where the people are friendly and the city workers are very helpful.
Our History
Calvary Baptist Fellowship is an independent Baptist Church. We are currently rebuilding the church and looking for people who can see the future.
We teach and preach only from the Bible and use hymns that teach doctrine and glorify Christ.
We attempt to follow the example of Christ our Savior and accept people regardless of who they are or where they are.
We believe the Bible when Jesus said, “I (Jesus) am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” (John 14:6)
We welcome all visitors and pressure none to become something that they are not.
We are a growing family of Christians who seek to love God and share His love with others.
We encourage you to visit us where you will find a warm, friendly atmosphere, practical Bible teaching, and a welcoming church family.
